Lost Thunder arrived in 2018 as one of the final Sun & Moon era sets before the transition to Sword & Shield. The set is remembered for introducing powerful GX Pokémon and maintaining the colorful, dynamic artwork that defined the generation. Collectors appreciate Lost Thunder for its balance of competitive playability and nostalgic appeal during a pivotal moment in the TCG's modern history. Flaaffy, the Electric-type evolution of Mareep, features the reverse holo treatment that collectors favor for its shimmering aesthetic across the entire card. This wool Pokémon represents the mid-stage evolution charm that appeals to players and collectors alike—familiar enough to resonate with longtime fans, yet detailed enough to showcase the illustrator's talent.
