Fates Collide arrived in 2016 during an exciting period for the Pokémon TCG, bridging the XY era with fresh mechanical innovations. The set introduced new Mega Evolution mechanics and explored interesting type combinations that shaped competitive play during this generation. Collectors remember this era for its artistic experimentation and the gradual shift toward the modern design sensibilities that would define subsequent releases. Audino EX brings a quirky charm to the EX roster, representing a Pokémon rarely featured in competitive or premium card treatments. The card's artwork captures Audino in a distinctive way that appeals to players who favor support-focused creatures and collectors drawn to the set's varied character roster. Its presence reminds us that the TCG celebrates the full spectrum of the Pokédex, not just the most obvious choices.
