Aquapolis was the fourth English set released during the height of the original Pokémon Trading Card Game boom. Arriving in 2003, it represented the tail end of that explosive era before the market cooled. The set is remembered for its distinctive holographic pattern and strong collector appeal, offering a mix of competitive playables and sought-after character favorites that kept players and enthusiasts engaged. Houndour appears as card 86 in this set, featuring the Fire and Dark-type canine Pokémon in its characteristic form.
