Neo Destiny stands as one of the most beloved expansions from Pokémon's early trading card era. Released in 2002, this Japanese set captured collectors' imaginations with its distinctive dark aesthetic and exploration of Pokémon's shadowy side. The set's limited availability outside Japan and its striking visual design cemented its legendary status among vintage enthusiasts, making it a cornerstone of serious collections. Seel represents the charm of Neo Destiny's creature roster—a serene water-type rendered in the set's characteristic moody style. The card exemplifies why collectors gravitate toward this era: compelling artwork that brings personality and atmosphere to even the most understated Pokémon, offering a nostalgic window into early 2000s card design philosophy.
