Evolving Skies stands as one of the most celebrated sets of the Pokemon TCG's modern era, arriving in 2021 during peak pandemic-driven collecting enthusiasm. The set's striking full-art trainer cards and dragon-type focus made it a cultural touchstone, with booster boxes becoming instantly sought-after. Its release marked a high point for the hobby's mainstream resurgence and remains nostalgic for collectors who experienced that moment firsthand. Arctovish V showcases one of Pokemon's quirkier legendary creatures—a frozen fish with an exposed upper body that embodies the series' creative strangeness. The card's dynamic artwork and V-stage status make it an appealing pull for players and collectors alike, representing the set's blend of compelling creature design and competitive playability.
