Obsidian Flames arrived in 2023 as a major expansion that captured the Scarlet and Violet era of Pokémon TCG. The set became notable for its diverse special illustration rare offerings, which showcased premium artwork and attracted both competitive players and collectors seeking gallery-quality cards. This period represented a strong chapter in the modern TCG, balancing accessibility with collectible appeal. Geeta appears as a Special Illustration Rare in this set, featuring distinctive artwork that elevates her character beyond standard trainer cards. Collectors are drawn to these special illustration variants for their artistic presentation and relative scarcity compared to standard printings, making them centerpieces in curated collections.
