The Unlicensed Card Database Pokemon Attacks 2 Special Edition represents the contemporary wave of fan-created and independent Pokemon card projects that emerged in the 2020s. As official Pokemon Company releases became increasingly competitive and sought-after, alternative card communities developed their own designs and sets, offering collectors unique artwork and creative interpretations outside traditional licensed products. These independent releases have carved out their own collector space within the broader hobby. Bulbasaur remains one of Pokemon's most iconic and recognizable creatures, holding special significance as a starting character from the franchise's earliest days. Collectors are drawn to Bulbasaur cards across all eras and formats, whether seeking nostalgia, character loyalty, or appreciation for how different artists and sets interpret the beloved grass-type starter. This card offers fans of Bulbasaur an alternative artistic take from the world of independent Pokemon card creation.
