The Collectoons Pokemon Christmas Cards represent a unique intersection of regional Pokemon collecting and holiday-themed merchandise from 2024. These lenticular cards emerged during a period of explosive growth in alternative Pokemon products beyond traditional TCG offerings. The Peru Edition specifically captures the global reach of Pokemon's appeal and the collector appetite for geographically specific releases that blend festive themes with anime character properties. Dragonite, the final evolution of one of Pokemon's most beloved starter lineages, appears here rendered in Christmas imagery through the lenticular printing technique. Collectors are drawn to this card for its combination of nostalgic character appeal, regional exclusivity, and the visual novelty that lenticular effects provide. The intersection of classic Pokemon iconography with holiday aesthetics creates a piece that resonates across both seasonal collectors and dedicated Pokemon enthusiasts.
