The Terastal Fest ex set represents a pivotal moment in Japanese Pokémon TCG releases, celebrating the Terastal mechanic that defined the Scarlet and Violet generation. Released in 2024, this special collection emphasized artistic presentation alongside competitive play, with Special Art Rares becoming increasingly sought-after for their alternative illustrations and premium status within the modern era. Iron Hands ex appears in this set as one of the striking Special Art entries, rendered in an eye-catching illustration that captures the Pokémon's distinctive mechanical design. Collectors are drawn to Special Art Rares for their unique artistic vision and limited availability compared to standard printings, making them centerpieces of focused collections and representations of this generation's aesthetic direction.
