Champion's Path arrived in September 2020 during peak pandemic collecting, becoming one of the most sought-after sets of that era. Its limited availability and strong artwork selection made it legendary among modern collectors. The set captured the energy of an explosive period when the hobby experienced unprecedented mainstream attention and inventory shortages became commonplace. Altaria's elegant design showcases the Dragon/Flying-type's graceful nature through vibrant holo patterns. This particular illustration resonates with collectors who appreciate well-executed Pokémon artwork and the nostalgic appeal of Generation III favorites. Altaria remains a consistent draw for both competitive players and aesthetic-focused collectors building comprehensive modern collections.
