Paldean Fates represents a significant moment in the Pokémon Trading Card Game, arriving in late 2024 as a special expansion centered on the Scarlet and Violet generation. This set captured collector enthusiasm through its focus on Shiny variants and full-art ultra-rare cards, blending modern design sensibilities with the nostalgic appeal of alternate colorways that defined earlier TCG eras. The set quickly became a collecting cornerstone for those seeking contemporary cards with classic charm. Noivern ex appears here as a Shiny Ultra Rare, showcasing the evolution line in its alternate coloration. The full-art presentation highlights the dragon-bat Pokémon in compelling detail, making it a natural draw for fans of both the species and modern illustration standards. Shiny variants continue to hold particular appeal among collectors seeking visual distinction and the thrill of pulling alternative versions from modern sets.
