Power Keepers arrived in 2007 as one of the final sets of the EX era, a period that defined competitive Pokémon TCG throughout the early 2000s. The set maintained the high-impact mechanics and striking holofoil treatments collectors associated with the format, offering a mix of powerful cards and nostalgic favorites. It remains a touchstone for players and collectors who collected during that competitive golden age. Salamence ex captures the dragon-type's imposing presence with dynamic artwork that emphasizes its aerial dominance. As a Pokémon-ex, it represents the top-tier power level of its era. Collectors seek this card for its role in competitive play history and for the appeal of the Salamence line itself, one of the franchise's most beloved pseudo-legendaries.
