The Pokédex 2 Flash collection represents a distinctly European approach to Pokémon promotions, blending educational reference material with collectible trading cards. Released in 2022, these sticker-style promos came as part of an illustrated encyclopedia-style product, capturing a moment when Pokémon Company was exploring diverse international product formats beyond traditional booster boxes and theme decks. This dual-character card features Diancie and Hoopa, two legendary Pokémon that appeal to collectors drawn to mythical creatures and alternate artwork treatments. The gold foil Spanish edition adds regional specificity and scarcity, making it particularly sought by international collectors and those building comprehensive legendary Pokémon collections.
