Triplet Beat arrived in 2023 as part of Pokemon's ongoing Japanese TCG evolution, continuing the premium art-focused releases that defined the era. Art Rare cards became increasingly sought after by collectors for their stunning full-art treatments and creative interpretations of beloved Pokemon, representing a shift toward showcasing the talented artists behind the franchise's visual identity. Tropius appears here in its Art Rare form, capturing the tropical flying-grass type in a lush, atmospheric illustration. Collectors are drawn to Art Rares for their gallery-quality presentations and the way they celebrate Pokemon design beyond standard gameplay cards, making them centerpieces for both set collectors and fans of botanical or exotic Pokemon designs.
