Paldean Fates arrived in 2024 as a special set celebrating the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet generation. Building on the success of earlier Scarlet and Violet releases, this set captured collectors' attention with its blend of contemporary Pokémon and nostalgic appeal. The reverse holo treatment remains a beloved format among players and collectors alike, offering an accessible entry point to graded collecting while maintaining visual appeal and collectibility. Lapras represents a classic fan-favorite Pokémon with enduring charm across generations. The reverse holo artwork brings out the card's elegant design and oceanic theme through its distinctive sparkle pattern.
