Panini Select: Mezzanine Level represents the final chapter of Panini's NBA card production before losing the league license to Topps. The 2023 release maintained Select's reputation for bold design and premium parallels, with the Tectonic Orange Prizm variant delivering the eye-catching color saturation collectors valued from the brand's final years. This set captures a transitional moment in hobby history, making late-era Panini releases increasingly sought after by nostalgic collectors. Jordan Hawkins' rookie card from this set appeals to both New Orleans Pelicans fans and those pursuing complete collections of promising young talent from 2023 draft classes. The vibrant Tectonic Orange parallel elevates the card's visual impact, making it a striking display piece that exemplifies Select's signature aesthetic during its closing seasons.
