Lost Origin arrived in late 2022 as one of the final full-art trainer sets of the modern era. The set captured a moment when Pokémon TCG was experiencing sustained collector interest, with full-art cards becoming increasingly sought after for their visual appeal and premium presentation. These trainer cards became focal points for set builders and art enthusiasts alike. Nessa, the Galar region gym leader, appears here as a full-art card showcasing dynamic illustration work. Her character's connection to water-type Pokémon and bold personality translate well to card art, making her appealing to both competitive players and those collecting female trainer cards. Full-art supporters from this era remain popular display pieces.
