The Blastoise & Suicune ex Deck represents the ongoing evolution of Pokémon's ex-era trading cards in the Japanese market. Released in 2023, these starter decks continued to build excitement around competitive play and collection, offering players accessible entry points to modern formats while delivering sought-after artwork and full-art cards alongside staple Pokémon. Kangaskhan appears here as a classic mothering Pokémon, bringing warmth and character to the deck. Collectors value Japanese promotional cards from this era for their superior printing quality and vibrant holo patterns compared to other regions, making even standard inclusions like this one worthy of display and preservation.
