The Terastal Fest ex set marked a significant moment in Japanese Pokémon TCG history, introducing the Terastal mechanic that redefined competitive play and deck building. Released in 2024, this set captured collectors' attention through its reverse holo variants, which offered an alternative aesthetic to traditional full-art and special illustration rares. The set exemplified the hobby's evolution toward mechanically innovative cards that maintain strong visual appeal across all rarities. Munkidori, a Ruin Pokémon from the Scarlet and Violet generation, appears in this reverse holo presentation with distinctive artwork that highlights its striking design. Collectors are drawn to this card for its unique visual treatment and the character's growing presence in the competitive metagame, making it a notable addition to focused collections of either the set or the species itself.
