Kakawow's Joy Edition represents a significant entry in the modern collectible card renaissance, particularly within the Chinese market where Disney properties command devoted followings. Released in 2024, this Fantastic Part 2 series exemplifies how contemporary card manufacturers have reimagined character-based collecting through vibrant artwork and premium production values. These sets have become important benchmarks for how international markets approach licensed Disney content outside traditional Western channels. Baymax, the beloved marshmallow-like companion from Disney's Big Hero 6, appears as a natural fit for this joyful collection. Collectors are drawn to Baymax cards for the character's universal appeal and charm—his gentle, huggable design translates beautifully across illustrated card formats. This particular release captures the character in the context of Joy Edition's emphasis on uplifting, character-forward artwork that resonates with both casual fans and serious collectors.
