The Weiss Schwarz Pixar set from 2022 represents a notable expansion of the trading card game into beloved animated properties. Weiss Schwarz had already established itself as a major TCG platform for anime and Japanese pop culture, and this Pixar collaboration brought Western animation classics into that ecosystem. The set captured strong collector interest by offering official cards featuring iconic characters from films that resonated across generations and international audiences. Sulley and Mike as roommates form one of the set's most recognizable character pairings, central to Monsters, Inc.'s heart. This particular card showcases both characters in their student days, a charming thematic element that explores the franchise's expanded lore. Collectors appreciate cards featuring beloved character relationships and dynamic character art that captures personality and warmth.
