The Terastal Fest ex set marked a significant moment in the modern Pokemon TCG era, introducing the Terastal mechanic that had recently become central to the Pokemon Sword and Shield video games. As a Japanese release from 2024, this set continued the tradition of domestic Japanese exclusives that often feature alternate artwork and premium finishes unavailable elsewhere. Reverse holo treatments remain highly sought after in the Japanese market for their elegant visual appeal. Rabsca, the psychic scarab Pokemon, appears here in the reverse holo treatment that gives the card a shimmering, layered aesthetic. Collectors appreciate this particular card for its striking artwork and the smooth foil pattern characteristic of Japanese reverse holos, which differs noticeably from comparable English releases.
