SkyBox Fleer Retro Looney Tunes brought the classic Warner Bros. characters into the modern trading card market with a nostalgic design approach that honored the aesthetic of 1990s sports cards. Released in 2024, the set captured collector interest by bridging beloved animation history with contemporary card culture, appealing to both longtime Looney Tunes enthusiasts and vintage card enthusiasts seeking something fresh. Elmer Fudd appears here in his iconic hunter persona, one of the set's core characters. Collectors are drawn to this card for its perfect balance of character recognition and comedic appeal—Elmer's timeless rivalry with Bugs Bunny makes him instantly recognizable, while his earnest bumbling charm has endured across generations of animation.
