Terastal Fest ex represents a pivotal moment in Japanese Pokémon TCG, celebrating the mechanics introduced in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. Released in 2024, this set bridged the gap between the game's newest features and the trading card format, offering collectors their first dedicated Terastal-focused experience in the Japanese market. The ex designation signaled the return of higher-risk, higher-reward mechanics that defined competitive play during this era. Great Tusk, the prehistoric Ground-type paradox Pokémon, commands attention with its striking reverse holo presentation. The card captures the creature's imposing presence through dynamic artwork that emphasizes its massive tusks and ancient majesty. Collectors gravitated toward this card for its impressive design and the role Great Tusk played as a competitive staple in Scarlet and Violet formats.
