Shining Fates arrived in early 2021 as a landmark release that revitalized Pokemon TCG collecting during unprecedented demand. This special set introduced the Shiny Vault, a dedicated subset of alternate-art shiny Pokemon that became instantly iconic. The combination of beautiful full-art treatments and genuine scarcity made Shining Fates a defining moment for the hobby's modern era. Sobble, the water-type starter from Pokemon Sword and Shield, appears here in its shiny form with distinctive artwork that captures the character's personality. The Shiny Vault's appeal lies in these compelling character presentations and their rarity, making individual Pokemon cards from the subset highly sought after by both set builders and enthusiasts alike.
