Topps Resurgence arrived as a modern return to classic design principles, blending nostalgic aesthetics with contemporary production values. Released in 2024, the set represents the collector base's enduring appetite for throwback imagery and straightforward player presentation, offering a refreshing counterpoint to the elaborate insert-heavy releases that dominate the modern landscape. Jim Kelly's inclusion celebrates one of football's most accomplished quarterbacks and a defining figure of Buffalo Bills dynasty football. Collectors value Kelly cards across all eras for their connection to a transformative period in NFL history, and this Resurgence release gives fans both old and new an accessible entry point to his legacy.
