Pokémon Sword & Shield: Astral Radiance arrived in 2022 as the final major set of that generation, marking a transitional moment in the TCG. The set showcased the beloved Sinnoh region through modern design sensibilities, blending nostalgic appeal with contemporary card mechanics. Collectors remember Astral Radiance for its stellar artwork quality and meaningful Pokédex representation during a period when the hobby experienced sustained mainstream interest. Scyther remains one of the most iconic Bug-type Pokémon, and this reverse holo treatment emphasizes the dynamic character art that defines modern era cards. The mantis's sleek design and fierce demeanor translate beautifully across the card's surface, making it particularly appealing to collectors who favor either the species itself or the visual presentation of Sword & Shield era reverse holos.
