Panini Donruss Franchise Features represents the final era of Panini's NBA basketball card production before losing the league license. Released in 2024, this set captures a transitional moment in the hobby when Panini was still producing cards despite knowing their tenure would end. The Franchise Features line celebrated star players and their team legacies, offering collectors dynamic designs and premium presentation during those final months of production. Anthony Edwards appears here as a rising centerpiece for the Minnesota Timberwolves, embodying the franchise's present and future. Collectors are drawn to Edwards cards from this period as his career trajectory makes early premium releases increasingly significant. This Franchise Features card stands as a notable final-era Panini issue of an ascending NBA talent.
