Panini's 2024 Donruss Rated Rookie set marked the final hurrah for the brand's NBA offerings before departing the sports card market. This release became historically significant as collectors recognized it would be their last opportunity to pull fresh Panini basketball products. The set's design language honored the brand's storied legacy while introducing modern parallels, with the Holo Green Laser version offering striking visual appeal through its prismatic finish. Donovan Clingan arrived in the NBA as one of the draft's most anticipated prospects, and his Rated Rookie from this final Panini set captures that moment perfectly. The laser parallel elevates the card's visual impact, making it particularly attractive to players seeking dynamic, eye-catching examples of emerging talent from a landmark release.
