Panini Select represented one of the final premium releases from the brand before losing its NBA license, making 2024 cards particularly notable for collectors. The set balanced classic design sensibilities with modern production techniques, offering a curated selection of contemporary players alongside established stars. Select remained a collector favorite for its clean aesthetics and focus on on-court performance imagery throughout its tenure. Jalen Brunson has become central to New York Knicks storylines since his arrival, and his 2024 Select cards capture him during a pivotal chapter of his career. Collectors pursue these early Select era Brunson cards as foundational pieces for player collections, especially given the significance of his role in the team's resurgence and the scarcity that will inevitably increase as Panini cards age out of production.
