Panini's 2022 Donruss release represented one of the final football sets from the manufacturer before losing the NFL license. The Yellow Press Proof parallel emerged as a highly sought chase variant, offering collectors limited alternatives to base designs during an era increasingly defined by scarcity and print variations. These press proofs captured the collecting community's appetite for parallels that felt special without straying far from the iconic Donruss aesthetic. Leonard Fournette's card appeals to collectors on multiple fronts—those building Buccaneers rosters, Super Bowl LV championship team sets, and parallel specialists hunting the elusive yellow variants. The press proof treatment enhances the visual appeal while maintaining the strong design work Donruss became known for. For serious Fournette collectors, securing the complete parallel set from 2022 remains a meaningful collecting goal.
