Gym Challenge emerged in 2000 as one of the most pivotal sets in Pokemon's trading card history. Released during the franchise's explosive mainstream popularity, it introduced Gym Leader-themed cards that deepened the connection between the TCG and the beloved video game series. The set captured collectors' imaginations with its spotlight on powerful trainers and their signature Pokemon, making it a cornerstone release that defined the early competitive era. Sabrina's Jynx represents one of the set's most sought-after trainer cards, pairing the psychic master Sabrina with her formidable ice-type Pokemon.
