Topps Garbage Pail Kids We Hate the 90's brought the irreverent spirit of GPK into the modern era by targeting the films and pop culture that defined the 1990s. Released in 2019, this set captured nostalgia for both the original sticker cards themselves and the decade they lampooned. The set resonated with collectors who grew up during the 90s boom and appreciated GPK's traditional approach to satire through parody titles and grotesque artwork. Fight Bub takes a well-known 90s film and transforms it through Garbage Pail Kids' signature crude humor and exaggerated illustration style. Like most cards in this series, it appeals to collectors seeking the intersection of GPK fandom and 90s movie nostalgia, offering a comedic reimagining of cinema that defined a generation.
