# Card Notes The 2024 Chinese Pokémon Promo Pack Full Art series represents a significant regional release during the modern era of Pokémon TCG collecting. These premium promotional products have become increasingly important to collectors worldwide, as Chinese market exclusives offer unique artwork and collectibility that differs from English releases. Full art promos from this period bridge the gap between standard and special editions, appealing to both competitive players and aesthetic-focused collectors. Piers, the Dark-type Gym Leader from the Galar region, appears here in full art form—a presentation that showcases the character's atmospheric design and personality. Collectors are drawn to character-specific promos like this one for their artistic appeal and representation of beloved Pokémon personalities, particularly when they capture dramatic or iconic moments through illustration.
