Phantasmal Flames arrived in 2025 as a highly anticipated expansion featuring Ghost and Psychic-type Pokémon. Pre-release events became gathering points for enthusiasts eager to experience the new mechanics and artwork before official release. Staff promotional cards like this one were distributed to tournament organizers and event coordinators, making them distinctly scarce within the collector community and valued for their limited circulation. Ceruledge, the ghost-fire fusion Pokémon, appears here in striking holographic presentation. This particular staff promo captures the character's ethereal blade design and commanding presence. Collectors pursue staff holos for their exclusivity and the window they provide into event participation from the set's launch period.
