Cybercel's Nightmare Before Christmas set represents a distinctive intersection of digital collectibles and classic character licensing from 2024. The set captured renewed interest in Tim Burton's beloved film through modern card design, blending nostalgia with contemporary collecting trends. First edition releases from this period established important benchmarks for how legacy properties transitioned into the expanding trading card market of the mid-2020s. Lock, one of Oogie's Boys, holds particular appeal for collectors drawn to the film's supporting cast. This mischievous character's inclusion reflects the set's commitment to deep character representation beyond protagonist-focused designs. Fans of both the movie and the broader Cybercel production gravitate toward these character-specific cards as essential pieces of a complete collection.
