The Artbox Dragon Ball Z Archive Edition Holochrome set arrived in 2000 as a premium collectible release during the anime's continued cultural prominence in North America. This era saw Japanese trading cards gaining serious traction among Western fans, with holographic technology representing the cutting edge of card manufacturing.
