Card Notes
The Carddass Visual Adventure Special Dragon Ball Prism set from 2013 represents a fascinating chapter in international Dragon Ball collecting. These Chinese-language prism cards adapted the beloved Carddass format with holographic technology, offering collectors an alternative to Japanese releases. The series captured the nostalgia of classic trading card design while introducing regional variations that have become increasingly sought-after as the hobby has globalized and deepened its appreciation for non-English releases. This card depicts the Piccolo Daimao arc, one of Dragon Ball's most pivotal storylines. Collectors prize cards from this era for their iconic character moments and the prism technology's ability to bring dynamic action scenes to life through shifting visual effects. The Piccolo Daimao saga holds particular significance among fans as a turning point in the series' narrative scope.
