Dragon Ball Super Fusion World Manga Booster 01 represents a significant moment in the TCG landscape, bringing one of anime's most beloved franchises into a competitive card game format. Bandai's entry into the Dragon Ball trading card space revitalized collector interest in the property, offering both longtime fans and new players an accessible entry point into competitive gameplay alongside the appeal of beautiful manga-inspired artwork. Yakon, the minor villain from the Other World Tournament arc, exemplifies the set's commitment to including characters across the entire Dragon Ball spectrum. Collectors appreciate cards featuring lesser-known characters like Yakon, as they add depth and variety to collections while celebrating the franchise's expansive cast beyond the typical protagonist focus.
