The Kakawow Disney Cosmos set represents a significant modern entry in Disney trading card releases, arriving in 2025 as part of the broader expansion of licensed character cards into mainstream collecting. These sets have helped revitalize interest in character-driven collecting beyond traditional sports and entertainment franchises, appealing to both longtime Disney fans and new collectors discovering the medium through contemporary properties. Benjamin Clawhauser, the endearing cheetah officer from Disney's Zootopia, brings comic relief and heart to this collection. Collectors are drawn to character cards that capture the personality and charm of supporting cast members, and Clawhauser represents the kind of beloved secondary character that resonates across Disney's fanbase. His inclusion underscores the set's comprehensive approach to populating entire fictional worlds.
