Legendary Treasures arrived in late 2013 as a special collection set that compiled premium cards from across the Pokemon Trading Card Game's modern era. Released during a period of renewed collector interest, it offered players and enthusiasts a chance to obtain sought-after cards in a single product, bridging the gap between standard releases and premium reprint vehicles. Chandelure EX represents the Ghost-type's competitive prominence during the Black & White era. The card's elegant design captures the spectral beauty of this evolution line, making it visually striking in any collection. Collectors value EX cards from this period for their role in constructed decks and their artwork's compelling portrayal of Pokemon design at its peak.
