Sword & Shield launched in February 2020 as the first main set of Generation VIII, introducing the Galar region and its Dynamax mechanic. The set marked a significant shift for the TCG, bringing fresh mechanics and a wave of renewed collector interest. It remains one of the era's most foundational releases and helped fuel the card boom of the early 2020s. Stonjourner V is a Rock-type Pokémon from Galar's Crown Tundra region, depicted in dynamic battle-ready pose. V-cards from this set carry particular appeal for collectors building type collections or pursuing Galar Pokédex sets. Its striking artwork and the card's role in the set's overall strength make it a natural centerpiece for enthusiasts of the format.
