Star Wars Unlimited launched in 2024 as Fantasy Flight Games' flagship card game, quickly establishing itself as a major player in the trading card market alongside Magic and Pokémon. The Legends of the Force set brought beloved characters and moments from across the Star Wars saga into competitive play. Weekly Play Promos became highly sought after, offering alternative artwork versions of competitive cards that appealed to both players and collectors seeking premium versions of their favorite pieces. Mind Trick captures an iconic moment of Force manipulation, rendered in the alternate art foil treatment that distinguishes promotional releases. This card exemplifies what draws collectors to Star Wars Unlimited—the intersection of compelling gameplay and stunning visual presentation. The foil treatment and limited promotional distribution make this version particularly desirable to those building complete sets or seeking the most distinctive printings of key cards.
