Star Wars Unlimited launched in 2024 as a competitive card game combining the beloved franchise with modern trading card mechanics. Shadows of the Galaxy, released in the same year, established the game's early set identity and helped build the player and collector base during this formative period. The set became foundational to understanding how Unlimited would balance iconic characters with strategic gameplay. Rey appears as a pivotal character card in this set, representing one of Star Wars' most recognizable modern heroes. Collectors seek out this card both for its connection to the sequel trilogy and as part of building complete Unlimited collections. Character cards from early sets have proven meaningful to fans following the game's growth.
