Wings of the Captain marked a significant moment for One Piece TCG in 2024, arriving during the hobby's sustained momentum for anime and manga properties. The set continued building on established mechanics while introducing new artwork treatments that appealed to both competitive players and art enthusiasts. Japanese releases of this era remain central to the trading card market, particularly for collectors seeking earlier printings and alternative illustrations before widespread English distribution. Camie appears here in her rare alternate art form, capturing the character in striking detail that showcases the set's artistic ambitions. The alt art treatment transforms standard gameplay cards into collectible pieces, making this version of Camie particularly sought after by those who value both character representation and illustration quality within their One Piece collections.
