Card Notes
The 2013 Carddass Visual Adventure Special Dragon Ball Prism set represents a significant chapter in Japanese Dragon Ball collecting. Released during a period of renewed anime and manga interest, these prism cards combined holographic technology with classic character artwork, creating visually striking collectibles that appealed to both longtime fans and newcomers discovering the franchise through its many adaptations and rereleases. Card 248 captures a memorable moment from the series featuring the Namekians in a state of distress. The prism technology brings this scene to life with shimmering color shifts and depth, making it a particularly dynamic example of what the set achieved artistically. Collectors seek this card for its compelling imagery and the technical beauty of the prism printing process.
