Dragon Ball Art Card sets emerged during the early 2020s as unlicensed alternatives offering collectors creative interpretations of beloved characters. These independent releases filled a niche for fans seeking unique artwork outside official TCG products, representing the growing custom card market that thrived during peak collecting years. Such sets became notable for their artistic freedom and appeal to players and collectors wanting fresh takes on classic franchises. Tien Shinhan appears here as a standout martial artist character, capturing one of Dragon Ball's most distinctive fighters with his signature three-eye design and combat-ready pose. Collectors appreciate character-focused art cards for their ability to celebrate individual fighters and showcase varied artistic styles, making this card a natural focal point for fans building Dragon Ball collections or those drawn to Tien's enduring popularity within the series.
