CornersThree of the four corners present cleanly with no whitening, fraying, or mechanical wear. Minor wear is noted at the corners where the silver foil ring element is present, consistent with the decorative finish in those areas and a grade of 9.5.
EdgesThe edges are generally clean with light wear consistent with a grade of 9. Specific wear is noted at the silver foil ring detail on the top-right and top-left edges of the card, where minor disruption to the metallic finish is visible.
SurfaceThe surface presents with noticeable wear consistent with a grade of 7. On the front face of the card, ink dot defects are distributed throughout the flat holographic pattern areas and are also present within the black ink region depicting the subject's hair. These ink dots are somewhat visible under faint light and become distinctly apparent under bright white light. A second concentration of ink dots is present within the holographic pattern at the bottom of the card's front face; these are similarly less apparent under normal lighting but clearly visible under bright white light and magnification.
