Released in 2001, Pokémon 4Ever arrived during the height of Pokémon's global popularity, when the franchise had leapt from games and television into feature films that filled theaters with young fans. As the fourth entry in the animated film series, it carried forward the hand-drawn animation style that defined the era's anime cinema, offering audiences a story rooted in the connection between people, Pokémon, and the natural world before digital techniques fully reshaped the medium.

This cell captures Dark Celebi, one of the film's most striking images, when the Mythical creature's power turns fearsome.
