Good Burger arrived in theaters in July 1997, distributed by Paramount Pictures as part of Nickelodeon Movies' early theatrical slate. Adapted from a recurring sketch on the sketch comedy series All That, the film represented a significant moment in the network's expansion beyond television, pairing Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell in their first feature-length vehicle. It remains a touchstone of mid-nineties youth comedy and a document of Nickelodeon's cultural reach during that decade.
